My name is Tom Taylor – the founder and CEO of P2R. I am a retired teacher and my wife, Wendy, a hairstylist and small business owner. Together, we watched her parents age and struggle with deciding when, how and where to retire. They waited and changed their minds enough times they were forced to spend their last years in separate facilities.
